Can't Recover Registered Version of FM

I somehow lost my registered version of FM4.7 when I re-installed Windows 98.

I emailed Beiley regarding this and was told to re-enter my password in Help\Register, but there is no place to enter password data in my version of the registration form. Please tell me what I am doing wrong.

I reinstalled FM and it is working perfectly except for the popup messages that say I have an unregistered version and that I need to register.
