Time out when trying to receive quotes

I now have a cable modem and am using the Zone Alarm Pro firewall program. When I try to get quotes from YAHOO, I get to the "Retrieve - Internet (YAHOO)" window, with the label "Setting Connection Options." Then get an error 10060 followed by a "Timed Out" message. Zone Alarm is set to allow access to FM in both send and receive. I have previously received quotes with this modem and Zone Alarm in use, but can not find the magic button to permit quote retreival now.
