Hi Julio,
I just tested both of these from Yahoo, and they both updated correctly.
Here are things to check:

1) Make sure you don't have the "Investment Properties.../Other/Internet
Retieve Updates Price" option turned off for these investments.

2) Make sure you aren't using some internet "speed-up" program that tries
to cache your web pages for faster access. Fund Manager does request
prices with the "no-cache" option, but some of these programs ignore this,
and return old data.

3) Make sure you are checking for updated prices under "Edit/All Data..."
with the "Prices" data type selected.

4) Make sure you have the latest retrieve module (305).

If none of these things work out, please send your "intlog2.txt" file right
after a failed retrieve, along with what symbols from that retrieve failed
to update.
