Thanks for your very fast response to my original query.

I was able to D/L data for ASX from Yahoo Historical using the ticker eg BHP.AX
Maybe its only very old data, hence my original problem. I Have tried to use the URL's suggested on tips and tricks, but will go back and play some more :).

You have probably been told before but I noticed in one of your postings that you were not sure what unit trusts were. They are the Aussie and English term for mutual funds. I don't think we have any way of downloading end of day data on them here
