problem clicking on Message Board

Mark, When I use menue tool bar and click on the "Brouse the Fund Manager Board" (Globe with question mark)I'm getting "sort of locked". By this I mean that FM just stops working and will not go to message board. FM just stays on screen while the mouse arrow is moveable but will not do anything. I can't do anything but use "CTRL+ALT+DEL" to close program. I've tried this twice and same thing happened. I rebooted and tried and same thing happened. The only way to FM board is leaving FM and using browser. !!!
