: : : Hi Mark,
: : : Another problem I've noticed with trendlines in technical analysis. When you draw a trendline on the lower graph then change to another security and return to the original security the trendline vanishes. The tabulation of the trendline remains, however, the line ifselt is gone.

: : Hi Ray,
: : I'm guessing that this is because you have "Options/Markers/Trendlines"
: : turned off? You can still draw a trendline with markers turned off, so it
: : will display when you draw it, but the next time the screen redraws, if you
: : have this type of marker turned off, it won't be drawn.

: : Thanks,

: Hi Mark,
: I checked the settings, the "Options/Markers/Trendlines" is turned on.
: I also checked the color settings. The background is black and the trendline is set to yellow. The trendlines on the upper graph are fine, however, when drawn on the lower graph they still vanish.

: Thanks,
: Ray

Hi Ray,
Thanks for the info. I went looking some more, and found the problem.
I was able to reproduce the problem as you're describing.
If you have log scale turned on, the trendlines were trying to be displayed
on a log scale, but the bottom section of the TA graph is not displayed
on a log scale. I've fixed this, and this will be in our next beta release
(Beta3), which should be available within the next few days, once we fix
all other known bugs.

The new beta will be posted on the beta page at:

Thanks,
Mark
