: Dear Mr. Beiley:
: I would like to transfer 200 shares of company XYZ from portfolio A to portfolio B in which I already hold 100 shares of XYZ. The 200 shares in A were purchased at a different time and price than the 100 in B. Is there a way to merge these data so that I will have 300 shares of XYZ in B that will result in the correct gain/yield calculations?
: Thanks in advance,
: Stew Ballantyne

Hi Stew,
You can just add the investment of XYZ holding 200 shares into portfolio B.
Portfolio B can contain multiple investments, each holding the same XYZ stock.

Thanks,
Mark
