: : : Hi Mark - When I create a new investment file and attempt to save it, I get a message that FM has performed an illegal operation and I have to close FM. The only way I can create a new file is to modify an existing file and save it under a different name. This necessitates deleting all transactions that were recorded in the original file.

: : : Thanks - Mike F.

: : Hi Mike,
: : What version of FM are you using? I'm aware of a bug that would cause
: : this in versions prior to 4.7. Please download 4.7 and see if the problem
: : persists. If it does, please let me know the "details" of the illegal
: : operation.

: : Thanks,
: : Mark

: Mark - I am using FM 4.7 - Mike F.

Hi Mike,
Okay. Can you send us the "Details" via e-mail next time this crash
happens. When the crash dialog comes up you can cut/paste the details
section into an e-mail. This will help us debug the problem.

Thanks,
Mark
