: : : : : Dear Sirs

: : : : : I have managed to download the historical prices for LSE from the www.marketeye.co.uk sucessfully....however the prices imported are in pence and not in Pound eg The price of share are downloaded as 364 pence instead of £3.64
: : : : :
: : : : : In the regular update from Yahoo UK the LSE prices are in Pounds eg share value of 399 pence is downloaded as £3.99....therefore would be a drop in the value from a cut off date of 'historical' and 'future' prices.
: : : : :
: : : : : Has anyone from UK reported reported this problem? Can it be resolved easily?
: : : : :
: : : : : Thanks

: : : : Hi Anil,
: : : : You may want to convert your downloaded prices to pounds before importing
: : : : them into Fund Manager. This job can be accomplished quite easily using
: : : : a spreadsheet program, such as Excel.

: : : : Thanks,

: : : Thanks for the help...I did try this however after changing the date via Excel I was unable to import the historical data into FM...please advise...should I save this file as any particular format or font etc?...

: : : thanks

: : Hi Anil,
: : You should save it to some text format. The .csv format works well, so
: : each column of data is separated by a comma. Then, depending on the format
: : of your data, you will adjust your import format string according. If you
: : need help with the format string you can post a sample line from your
: : saved data file.

: : Thanks,
: : Mark

Further to my message listed above, I have tried various strings for importing data from Excel files and I am pleased to say that following string worked sucessfully DD/MM/YY,NAV.
