I'm trying to do an Internet update through a proxy server but all I get is "Error: 11004 returned from [gethostbyaddr_prox]"
I have entered the ip addr and the port number into the fields in the internet retrieve settings screen. Our firewall does not allow FTP's but it allows HTTP's though. I have successfully configured Yahoo messenger and Go!zilla to work through the firewall.
