Currency & Canadian Stocks

I am running Fund Manager 4.7 and I am unfamiliar with the Internet retrieval
option. How do I configure FM to retrieve the daily closing values for both a
Canadian stock and the Canadian currency, as well as the US quotes that I need?
All of the rest of my investments are US based and the internet retrieval option
seems to be working OK for them.
