: : : : I would like to retrieve historical prices for only one investment
: : : : ( a new one); I don't want them for all my 60 existing investments
: : : : because I keep them as weekly entries only and don't want to mess up my
: : : : charts. How do I do this?

: : : Hi Jack,
: : : Just open this one investment, and then do the historical retrieve.
: : : All currently opened investments are updated, so you just want to open
: : : the only one you want updated. Select the "Yahoo (Historical)" quote
: : : server under "Options/Internet Settings...".

: : : Thanks,

: :Hi Mark,
: One other question: do these historical prices allow for reinvested dividends?
: If not, how does one get the adjusted prices?

Hi Jack,
You can use the "Yahoo (Adjusted Historical)" server. These prices
are adjusted for dividends and splits. Only use this server if you
are not planning to manually enter these transactions as well, otherwise
you would be double counting them.

Thanks,
Mark
