: : It appears that the Portfolio Performance Report ignores Reinvested Dividends, whereas the Investment Performance Report includes them in the Distribution column. This is confusing to me, as well as frustrating because I need a report that shows ALL Distributions including those that are reinvested as well as Beg/End Value and amt invested during the period. The Portfolio Performance Report gives me the format that I want, but excludes reinvestments. This doesn't make sense to me...To evaluate the best performers in my Portfolio, I want to see ALL Distributions -- not just those that I take in cash.

: : Why is Distribution reported differently in the two reports?
: : Why are reinvested distributions not include in Distribution in the Portfolio Performance Report?

Tiffany,
In the PP report the columns are meant to show cash flow. You have beg.
value, monies invested, distributed distributions, and end value. Seeing
these numbers helps you see how the Gain is calculated.
In the IP report, all numbers are per share, not total value as in the PP
report. In the IP report you have beg nav, and total dist/share, showing you
the effect on the also shown end nav. If you want to see your distributions
you can look at the distribution summary report, or create a custom report.

Thanks,
Mark
