Hide Sold Investments Dialog

This dialog is available from the File / File Operations / Hide Sold Investments... menu command.

This command will turn on the hidden property of any investment that owns zero shares over the entire date range specified.  A single day is also a valid date range.  All investments in the specified portfolio will be checked for their share balance, and any that own zero shares will be hidden.  The hidden attribute can be manually adjusted with the Investment Properties - Other Dialog.  You can turn on/off the display of hidden investments with the View / Hidden Investments menu command.  The following options are also available:

Turn Off Price Retrieve For Sold Investments

Any investment in the specified portfolio that owns zero shares will have its "Retrieve Price" property turned off.  This investment attribute is available under Investment Properties - Internet Retrieve.

Turn On Price Retrieve For Non-Sold Investments

Any non-cash type investment in the specified portfolio that owns shares will have its "Retrieve Price" property turned on.  This investment attribute is available under Investment Properties - Internet Retrieve.

Ignore Default Cash Accounts

When checking for investments to hide (or un-hide), Fund Manager will ignore any investment that is assigned as a default cash account in any portfolio.  The default cash account will retain its current hidden (and price retrieve) status.

Un-Hide Non-Sold Investments

When this option is on, any investment in the specified portfolio that has a non-zero share balance will be un-hidden.
