Property Fileds: Custom1:, Custom2:, etc

In the properties, under [Custom], I changed the name of [Custom8] to [Underlying]. In that field I entered the Symbol of the stock for each option that was sold, bought or closed as part of the [Properties]. I also entered the the Symbol in [Underlying] for Stock in it's [Custom].

Now I need to create a report showing all the transactions of both the Stock and all the options that were traded for that stock.

Any help would be welcome. I guess, the last resort would be to dump to an Excel, and do the work there.

I need to clean up my basis due to some assigment that were not cleaned up from option to stock.

- if only there was a way to filter on these [CustomX] fields. If Symbol=STOCKNAME
I was thinking of a report for all entries in the portfolio with [Custom8:]=STOCKNAME, or in my case, [Underlying] = STOCKNAME

I guess I could go back and enter the STOCKNAME in the Memofield for ALL transactions, but that is a BIG job.....

Ah! Nothing like answering your own question.

I used a feature I never tried before! I exported the whole portfolio [File][Export][Transactions][Generic] using the Export Format: SYMB,MM/DD/YY,TRAN,IAMETH,BNUM,ANUM,CNUM,MEMO,CIP08,CIP09
as a cvs file,

Then into Excel. Cleaned up the non needed trades using Excel's filter, and 'voila'.

Ideally I would also need the value of the trades (<Shares><Price><Value><Commission>), but I can do that in Excel, or dig deeper into the Export Format syntax,
