Batch Print to PDF Printer

I just tried Batch Print for the first time. Unless I'm missing something, after getting setup, when you hit print it goes straight to the default printer. I'd like to create PDF files and have a PDF printer installed and it appears as a selectable printer in the printer list. Have you bypassed the printer list deliberately in the Batch Print mode or am I missing something. If you are, could you put that in? (An obvious work-around is to change my default printer before I batch print, but in order for that to take I've got to exit FM and re-enter.)(You've got an option to create image files; could one of them be PDF?)

Hi Elliot,

You can't change the printer from within this dialog, but you can set it before using the Batch Print command. We'll look into adding the capability to set it within this dialog, that makes sense. To set it before opening the Batch Print command, from within a report, choose "File / Print..." and select your desired printer, and then press "Preview". You can close the Preview window, your printer preference is now memorized, and will be used for the Batch Print.
