brk b - ticker from TDam. but price update failing

The ticker "brk b" was created based on what I received from TDameritrade first time account download. The prices updates sometimes and not always.

Here are the settings for the investment. I wonder if I need to go to yahoo and note ticker for this also. Yahoo ticker is BRK-B. It should not be that if I change the ticker, transactions do not post right. Although again I reckon that transactions post based on Cusip.

Hi shalam,

Yes, to retrieve prices from any quote server you must record the symbol as used by that quote server. It is perfectly okay to change the symbol for price updates, and the transaction updates will still work fine too, as those are based off CUSIP.
