combine by symbol

Hi Mark, How can I combine data from the same company with thhe same symbol listed in 3 different subportfolios, into a single line item total into a report? For example, if BA is owned in 3 different subportfios, and I want to show Boeing as a single line item in the report, along of course with other companies?
Thanks. I have done this before, I just cannot see how to do it now.

Hi managerusers,

In the Report Settings dialog, under "List By", choose "Symbol". Please note that listing by symbol may not be available in all reports, depending on how you're "Subtotal By" option is set. For example, in a Custom report, if you're Subtotal By is set to "Asset Type", the option to list by symbol wouldn't be available, but if you Subtotal By Sub-Portfolio, or turn off subtotals, then you would see the option to list by symbol.
