I'm trying out the demo and can't seem to get automated retrieval of account transactions for my WellsTrade account working. I've spoken with WellsTrade and they indicated that any retrieval pointed to them would probably be to "Wells Fargo Investments". This seems to be the case, since when I use FundManager's "Wells Fargo Advisor" setting to retrieve I get a 'bad signon' message, and when I use 'Wells Fargo investments" setting it tries for 15 seconds or so and then comes back with a 'Failed to retrieve portfolio" error.
The ofxretr.txt file in my data folder says 'No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds.'
I've tried this multiple times over the course of several days and always get same message. Is there likely something wrong within FundManager, something wrong with what I'm doing (i've confirmed pw and acct data several times) or something wrong on Wells Fargo's end?
I've checked with Wellstrade and they tell me that the ofx server is the one they use for Quicken, that it should work with username and pw data I'm sending in, and that there's nothing more they need to do on their end to activate the interface.
I have done a manual retrieval of ofx data from WellsTrade and the file I got imported into FundManager with no problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
