Downloading Number of Shares

Hi Mark,

What might be my problem if when I download the number of shares from brokers (e.g., Schwab) for a particular sub-portfolio the number of shares is consistently off by a multiple of exactly 3x? Further, the cash is off. The prices and funds held are accurate.

Any suggestions?

Hi Dave,

Take a look at the transactions to see why the share balance is off. Are the transactions being recorded 3 times for the correct shares each time, or maybe the transactions are wrong? You can view your transactions in the Data Register. First, we need to see why the share balance is wrong.
