Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

Hello Mark,
For about three weeks now I am not able to reconcile my account at ameriprise. FM downloads all transactions fine, but when I want to reconcile FM does not show any holdings under "Statement", i.e. all my investments in FM are marked as 0.0000 under the statement column.
AMeriprise states they are not experiencing any problems.
I am running FM 8.10, 401, 127.

Hi drkaveh,

It sounds like everything was working okay before 3 weeks ago?

If you look in the log files after the reconciliation, do you see any positions listed? Specifically, look in the xmldump.txt file, and search for "INVPOSLIST". Below here, you should see a list of positions owned. For help on finding the log files, read the bottom of this page:

Thanks Mark. No, there is no "invposlist" after reconcile with Ameriprise.
No problems with my other sites such as American Funds and Scottrade.

Hi drkaveh,

If there is no "INVPOSLIST" in the reply, then the reply from the server is incomplete. If you'd like, you can double check by importing "positions" from the 'ofxretr.txt' file, and see if there are any positions in there. If there are no positions in there, I'd suggest contacting Ameriprise. You could also test the position retrieve with MS Money if Ameriprise tells you they don't support Fund Manager.
