Interpolation asterisk in Pro version

Questions on using, creating, or understanding data in Fund Manager reports.

Postby dana » Wed Oct 23, 2013 1:13 am

Hi Mark/team,

Is there any way of turning off the interpolation asterisk in the Professional (not Advisor) version?

Or if not, is there a footnote in the report that should be showing up that the asterisk should be referring to? Any ideas why it would not be there?

Best wishes

Hi Dana,

Sorry, no. The option to turn off the asterisk is only available in the Advisor version. If you are looking at a Portfolio Value or either of the ROI or TWR Yield reports those should have the explanation shown in the footer. The Custom report however doesn't have this explanation shown in the footer. You would just need to know that the asterisk means a price was interpolated to report that number.
Thanks,
Mark

Thank you for your response. Yes, I'm using a custom report.

May I suggest this as a feature request for updates to the non-Advisor versions? At least one of those two, the footnote and/or the removal of asterisks.

Thanks

Dana
