Not receiving distributed dividends in cash account

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

Each security shows distributed dividends but not in the respective cash account.

Hi pcolver,

It sounds like you don't have a default cash account assigned for your sub-portfolio. In the Portfolio Editor right mouse click on your sub-portfolio, and choose "Properties..." and see what you have set for your default cash account.

You must set this default cash account before recording/importing any transactions that you want to have corresponding entries in the cash account. If you assign it afterwards, it doesn't retroactively go record cash entries, so you would need to either delete the dividends, and re-retrieve, or just manually enter the cash deposits from the dividends.
