more forex woes

HI I have a number of USD investments that work properly yet other in spite of use correct currency table etc still show no change when I change to home currency ie nzd These investments in the reports also show be and end Forex as one. I have checked opening buy and these show correct fx usd to nzd .82 Any ideas as I said it is only with some trades

Hi alan,

The exchange rate you enter in the Buy/Sell dialog is the transaction specific exchange rate. The global exchange rates are set under "Options / Currency Settings...". So, go there, and look at what you have set for the appropriate exchange rates. If it is an exchange rate investment, check the daily prices of that exchange rate investment in the Data Register under the data type of "Prices".
