Scottrade Tranactions Download

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

Hi Mark
I also have a download problem with Scottrade:
when trying to download I get the following messages:

"Signon Invalid
Signon information provided has failed authentication"
"Failed to retrieve portfolio
Broker: Scottrade
Account Number: XXXXXX
User ID: XXXXXX"

What am I doing wrong?

Also, how compatible is the FM web site when using Firefox?
I have had problems with it and I use IE for the FM site.

Hi Robert,

It just sounds like somehow your username/password are not being accepted by Scottrade's OFX server. Have you been retrieving this account with FM before, or is it new?

Yes, our web site should be compatible with Firefox (that is what I use). If you see a particular page that you're having trouble with, please let me know the URL, and what problem you're seeing.
