There have been quite a few updates between 5/17 and 10/26. If you look under "Help / About..." what transaction module number are you now using that works okay?
Do you have any characters in your account number besides just numbers? See the "Properties..." of your sub-portfolio.
Can you send me the log files for both the working and non-working transaction module? In Fund Manager turn on "Options / General Preferences... / Other / Create Log Files When Importing Transactions". After doing a retrieve, look in your user's "AppData \ Roaming \ Fund Manager" folder, and send us the following files: ofxpost.txt and xmldump.txt. I will send you an email, so you can reply to that with these log files.
