Performance Report Issues

Looked at Performance Report (Cont, WD, With Dist) and read the help screen for the report and the additional discussion of External Cash Flow. I found it tough reading, but finally got to where I fully understood it and agree. I suggest that you change the term "distributed distributions" to "cash distributions to make it a bit easier.

The report itself does not appear to follow the discussion. I had a mutual fund investment that paid a cash dividend into the portfolio default cash investment and then purchased additional fund shares. The amounts are showing on the report as Contributions and Withdrawn Distributions -- neither should show since they are not external to the portfolio. All transactions were imported and show the same date. The calculated gain is OK because the 2 transactions offset, but it looks funny on the report.

Thanks for the feedback. I will add that clarification.

Is this problem only happening on one investment, or all of them? Are all of the values and dates identical for the cash side of the transactions and the transactions in the mutual fund? If you can't find a difference, can you email me these 2 investment files? I'll take a look, and see if I can't figure out the problem. I'd need the cash investment and the mutual fund investment. To find their filenames, look at "Investment Properties... / Statistics".
