Decimal places on Investment Transaction report

Hi Mark, is there anyway to take the Amount column to 3 or more decimals? trying to clean up a small decimal break on cash. Thanks

Hi flight,

Not for "value", but you can turn up the decimal places for "shares". See "Options / Report Preferences... / General / Share Decimals to Display". If you get all the shares correct, then the value will be correct too.

I think i came from a dividend reinvestment transaction, so I am all reconciled on shares but have a fractional cash difference somewhere

If you are really reconciled on shares, but the value is off, then there must be a problem with the recorded closing price. Make sure you are really reconciled with shares, out to the full 6 significant digits. You can view your recorded closing prices in any investment using the Data Register. Set the Data Type to "Prices".
