ZERO BALANCE SHARE

I'm using FM Advisor.
In the porfolio value report and in the report preferences, when DO not Display Investments with Zero Share Balance is set on ON ending report date, it has nos effect on the report, investment with zero share are still displayed. Same on over entire report date range.
Can you help me on this topic ?

Hello sodes,

Please check these 2 possibilities:

1) Make sure you have "View / Hidden Investments/Portfolios" turned OFF. If you have this option ON, all investments are always shown, no matter the state of that share balance option.

2) A balance is only considered to be zero if you own 0.000000 shares (out to 6 decimal places). If #1 doesn't resolve the problem, check that you don't own some small fraction of a share. If you're looking in a report window, choose "Options / Report Preferences... / General" and set the "Share Decimal Places to Display" to "6", so you can verify that your shares are 0 out this far.

The Hidden Investments Portfolios Views was not TURN OFF.
Now the zero balance share are not displayed.
