Investment Transaction report sorted by symbol

Hi Mark,

Perhaps I'm missing something. I'd like to generate an investment transaction report sorted by symbol. However I only can generate it with symbol and name, even when I choose Options> General Preferences> Investment Description>symbol, the (symbol)name combination appears in the investment column.

Hi Michael,

This report has its own setting for investment description. See "Options / Report Preferences... / Investment Transactions / Investment Description" and set it to "Symbol". Back at the main Investment Transactions report window, choose "Sort / Investment".
