Date settings

How can I change the default date settings (period) on a report.
I would like YTD as the default.

Hi Poppylou,

There is no global/permanent default setting for report date ranges to set. If you create 1 report with YTD, the next time in that same session you create a new report, YTD will be your default. For the very first report you create in a session the "Earliest Price to Date" will be the default. You can use "Memorized" reports to set a default date. Create a report with the date range and settings you want and then memorize it with "Edit / Memorize...". You will see some options about floating the starting/ending dates when you memorize the report. Set those how you prefer, and then the next time you want this report, select the name from the top level "Reports" menu.
