Distribution Summary

Total on this report include distributions from Investments sold during the period, but the Investments are not included in the list. Is there a way to include sold investments which made distributions during the report period?

Yes. Adjust the option under "Options / Report Preferences... / Do Not Display Investments With Zero Share Balance" to "Never (show all investments)".

distribution summary doesn't show stcapgn or ltcapgain for individual stocks, will do mutual funds
sold during period. any suggestions.

Hi frankpazulski,

This report is showing "Distributions" of different types. If you have StCapGain or LtCapGain type of distributions recorded in your individual stocks it will show them. This is not the usual case for stocks though. Look in the "Data Register" under the "Distributions (all)" data type to see all your distributions. See the "Type" column. If any of your distributions have their type set to the short/long term capital gains then they will show up in a Distribution Summary report that covers the date of those distributions.
