Data register went wild

The prices in the data register are not in chronological order all of a sudden.
The dates are skipping around instead of being one after the other.One line may be 03/01/11,the next will be from a 2010 date,the next a different date once again.How can I correct this problem?

Glad you figured it out. For everyone else's benefit I'll mention that you can sort the list in the Data Register by any displayed column. Just click on that column's header to sort by that column. So, click on "Date" to sort by date. The column controlling the sort order has a small triangle in the column's header. To toggle ascending/descending you can click on the same column header again.
