Batch Email Reports in Advisor Edition

I saw in February that you said Batch emailing reports wasn't a functionality of FM at that time. Is that available now? I think that would be a wonderful upgrade.

Hi Bryan,

Sorry, no, that still isn't an available feature. You can do all your graphs/reports for each client, but you have to do one client at a time. If you haven't already looked at this feature, see "File / Send By Email...". You just create all the graphs/reports you want, and then use this command.

I do think this would be a good improvement, so we'll look into it for a future update.

Thanks for the quick reply, Mark. Right now, with 24 clients, it isn't bad to do it by client. But, I would like to use this functionality frequently in the future if/when you can integrate it.

Is there a way to send the reports in PDF format instead of JPEG when using the "Send by Email..." feature?

Hi Bryan,

Sorry, no, not with the "Send by Email" feature. You could print to PDF files, and then attach them to an email though.

Hi Bryan,

No, I don't think there is anything you can do to change the "Send by Email" only attaching image files. That is pretty much hard coded into the program...
