S & P 600 Historical Prices

General questions about using Fund Manager that do not fit into any other forum.

Postby JeffG » Sat Apr 12, 2014 7:55 am

Anyone have any luck getting S & P 600 index prices from any of the servers?

Using ^SP600 on yahoo, I can get a current quote, but no historical data. Using SP600 on google, I get absolutely nothing. Can't find ticker for Bloomberg.

I am using the Pro 2014 version.

Thanks for any help/info!

Hi JeffG,

The symbol for this on Google is:

INDEXSP:SP600

Make sure you record your symbol in FM this way, and then you can retrieve from these servers:

Google (Realtime)
Google (Historical Mutuals)

Despite the name, the Google (Historical Mutuals) also works for indices. The Realtime server is only available if you're using the Pro or Advisor version.
Thanks,
Mark

Thanks, Mark. This got me at least the past 6 months of historical data and will work for me going forward!
